Flynn Resource Consultants Inc. (Flynn RCI) provides management consulting and strategic planning services to senior management and policy makers to help them make difficult decisions.
Since our founding as Flynn and Associates in 1987, we have helped municipalities participate in important regulatory proceedings at the CPUC, CEC, California ISO and FERC. We identify the economic and reliability impacts of proposed rule changes for our clients and help them formulate and articulate policy positions. We also assist in resource planning analyses and resource procurement processes, including evaluation of the economic and reliability trade-offs of proposed generation and transmission projects.
Flynn RCI is based in Discovery Bay, Northern California.
